James M. Costello, D.C., C.Ad.(b.e.), is the founder of the Costello Neuro-Fit Method and System™. His series of programs focus upon the enhancement of each individual's capacity to live fully.
Developed from years of scientific research, his principles and proactive approaches have been applied in a wide variety of applications, ranging from work with autistic children to enhancing professional and athletic development.
Dr. Costello has applied his restoration principles and proactive approach in a wide variety of applications ranging from children with special needs to enhancing professional and athletic development. The cornerstone of his program is the belief in human capacity and potential, and his programs have a foused intent: enhancing human capacity and potential.
Dr. Costello’s brain-body integrative approach has been developed over his eighteen years in practice. He has combined elements from Eastern culture with the greatest advances in mind-body integrative technology found within the Western world.
Dr. Costello is the author of Presence and Perception; Creating the Energy of Success, and has presented his philosophy and whole approach across the nation.
He serves as a consultant, mentor/coach and professional speaker specializing in mind-body integration and the restoration of human capacity and potential. Dr. Costello is a California native and resides in Agoura Hills, California with his wife and five children.
